Tour Itinerary 

DAY 01: MUMBAI – COPENHAGEN
Arrival into Denmark’s capital Copenhagen. It is situated on the Islands of Zealand and Amager. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Copenhagen.

DAY 02: COPENHAGEN
After breakfast, we proceed for a guided panoramic CITY TOUR of Copenhagen which enthralls you with impressive sights such as Renaissance Stock Exchange, Parliament House, Christiansburg Palace, Amalienborg Palace & landmark national symbol of Denmark – Little Mermaid. Later OPTION to visit Carlsberg Brewery – the 10000 sq. m. visitors center where you can learn the fascinating history of Carlsberg & its world famous beer. One beer/soft drink and a gift will be complimentary. Dinner in Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Copehagen.

DAY 03: COPENHAGEN
After breakfast, day free for leisure. Or OPTION to visit TIVOLI AMUSEMENT PARK – where you can enjoy various rides on your own. Dinner in Indian Restaurant. Overnight at Copenhagen.

DAY 04: COPENHAGEN – OSLO
After breakfast, we start our drive to Oslo – capital & largest city of Norway. En‐route we drive on the Öresund Bridge; the 16 km bridge‐cum‐tunnel links Malmö with Denmark’s capital Copenhagen. En‐route we also bypass the cities of Malmo & Gothenburg in Sweden. Overnight stay in Oslo.

DAY 05: OSLO – BERGEN
After breakfast, we drive to Bergen – second largest city in Norway, which is situated among a group of mountains. On arrival, evening free for leisure. OR, OPTION to go on a fun filled Funicular train ride, to the top of the mountain & enjoy panoramic view of Bergen city from the top. Overnight at Bergen.

DAY 06: BERGEN – OSLO
After breakfast, drive back to Oslo. Or OPTION to travel on one of Norway’s most popular trips, which is a combination of spectacular train ride & magnificent cruise which gives you breathtaking experience of Norway. Overnight at Oslo.

DAY 07: OSLO – STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, depart for panoramic city tour of Oslo. Later, drive to Stockholm. En‐route we pass through town of Karlstad – situated on the edge of beautiful Lake Vänern.
Overnight at Stockholm.

DAY 08: STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, day free for leisure. Overnight at Stockholm.

DAY 09: Departure 
After breakfast, check‐out from hotel & depart for panoramic city tour of Stockholm passing by sights such as Fjällgatan Viewpoint, Old Town, Royal Palace, City Hall, The Wasa Museum. At the end of city tour, proceed to airport and taking all the sweet memories fly back to Mumbai.

  • Any optional tours, excursions, supplement costs, services, and activities not mentioned in the itinerary inclusions, any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone calls, etc.
  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency, Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
  • 5% GST on the total package price
  • Entrance tickets to attractions other than mentioned above or optional tours or wherever specified
 
Remarks
  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • A security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle. If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
  • High Season surcharges are applicable during exhibitions/trade fairs/festivals/Christmas/New Year
  • The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable
  • Kindly note that the drivers are not guides
  • Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability
  • International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
  • Early check in and late checkout subject to availability. Itineraries are subject to change
  • All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only.
